Your responsibilities

  • Assess the market potential, prospect and segment the market

  • Prepare the key selling visit – One Roche Solution: collaborate with other relevant roles to define unique selling points, key messages and offer; organise and perform customers’ visits as a SPOC and / or in collaboration with identifies and engaged cross-functional team

  • Identifies, creates appropriate business plans, develops and typically closes new business opportunities. Manages the preparation of the offers towards the customers

  • Creates demand for the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customers, especially in the competitors accounts. Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to new customers

  • Timely and accurately reporting input into REXIS (prepare account plan – including competition data, updates based on customer visits, opportunities management linked to account plan).

  • Leads the project and coaches the customer team to reach their goal with the tangible outcomes and cost-benefit analysis

  • Creates a shared vision with the team and helps them with change management implementation

  • Actively participate in allocated squads (multidisciplinary business team with a common goal) mainly with the aim to gather customer insights and market data, contribute to strategic plan development, define general approach for new clients & regularly revise the approach

  • Ensure timely and appropriate transition of the client to the Direct customers chapter

  • Responsibilities for achievement of planned sales from new customers

  • Advanced sales excellence skills & tools (Miller Heiman methodologies, Sales Force /REXIS, presentation skills, storytelling)

  • Goal oriented with winning attitude and entrepreneurial mindset; disciplined and focussed. Assertiveness & resilience, able to deal with uncertainty

  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills even with difficult clients and at any hierarchy level, acting as a consultant rather than a salesperson. Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Analytical skills, holistic view - able to manage complexity and translate it to simple concepts. Can successfully connect Roche strategy with customer needs & market evolution

  • Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams, cooperating well with all levels. Combines long term vision with short term action taking

  • Agile mindset: customer centricity, embracing change, failing fast and learning quickly, collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, resilient

  • Expertise:

  • Proven successful experience in Marketing, Sales, Consulting for min 3 years

  • Understanding of business environment, economics & financials in healthcare sector

  • Product & market knowledge for the whole Roche portfolio, including knowledge of competition

  • Excellent Project Management skills; VACC leadership capabilities in relation to enabled teams (ex., experts of the different relevant fields (Medical, Marketing, Finance etc) and representatives of the different hierarchy levels)

  • Readiness to travel abroad

  • Fluency in English and Polish language
