Your responsibilities
Carry out sales processes related to a data science offer (proactive selling, working as an expert, maintaining and developing customer relationships, advisory function, negotiating terms of cooperation, drafting offers)
Draft and update analyses of competition in chosen markets
Qualify leads according to set criteria
Work with delivery teams and UG partners in a sales process
Our requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a technology/consulting company, ideally in funded startups, mature SMB’s or FTSE 1000 organizations
A good feel of business context, interdisciplinary knowledge and a habit of meaningfully challenging the status quo
Always remembering that empathic communication is highly prized in consultative selling
Readiness to hold your ground in challenging negotiations (you know the whole alphabet: CTO, DE, CEO, BA...) or deliver bad news (you’ve probably hit on the right solution anyway)
C1+ English; experience of working in international markets/environments will be an asset
Confidence in your knowledge and willingness to share it ‒ you like analyzing and cracking numbers; areas like R&D or Data Science are your thing
Product knowledge in the following domains: retail, e-commerce, software development, digital transformation, you want to work toward becoming a Business Architect

Our 12-person team has the full spectrum of data science roles from Data Consultant and Data Engineer to Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and BI developers. We deliver end-to-end solutions to our clients helping them become data-driven companies. We work with both international and Polish clients.
No two projects are the same, so you won’t be bored.
We like to take initiative and we provide full support in the process instead of saddling team members with a double workload as we respect work-life balance and quality sleep. In our team we emphasize learning (offering financial support in cloud certifications, a development budget, possible trips to international conferences), and we keep up to speed with data news. The most important thing for us, however, is a relaxed working atmosphere where no one is pompous or puts on masks. We work in both our locations, in Wrocław and in Kraków, and remotely. Plus, our Data Science Team is that rare beast: an IT team where gender parity prevails.
