Your responsibilities

  • We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Representative to join our sales team. We are looking for excellent communication skills, a driven, determined, self-motivated closer, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or similar, able to consistently crush quota.

  • Develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Provide price quotes and address customer queries promptly.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and clients.

  • Utilize effective sales techniques, such as prospecting, using content in prospect communication, lead qualification, and sales process execution.

  • Implement social selling strategies, including the use of LinkedIn.

  • Engage in warm and cold calling and emailing.

  • Utilize CRM software effectively (e.g., HubSpot CRM/Sales/Marketing).

  • Demonstrate self-motivation, drive, and the ability to meet KPIs.

  • Adapt and be flexible in fulfilling duties that contribute to closing deals.

Our requirements

  • BA/MA

  • Proven experience in sales with demonstrated history of consistently hitting quotas

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Good selling, convincing, negotiation, management and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with sales processes and dynamics (the knowledge of methodologies like MED(P)ICC, customer-centric selling, solution selling, qualification frameworks like BANT, etc. will be a plus)

  • Good computer skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, Office, etc.

  • Experience with technology, tools and processes an advantage

  • Professional, responsible, positive, friendly, open, loyal, can-do attitude, committed, willing to learn and develop

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manner

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, customer service skills and networking skills

  • High organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of the translation/localization/language services industry and the knowledge of/interest in AI will be a plus

  • Experience in successfully selling translation/localization/language services and/or AI data services such as data labeling or data collection will be a huge plus

  • Willing to help clients in diagnosing/solving their problems and accomplishing their goals

  • For remote work: professional working environment enabling the proper everyday work (quality internet connection, work space etc.) and experience in working remotely
