Due to the dynamic development of the Radial in Poland and Europe, we are currently looking for an experienced candidates for the position:

Please note that in August 2020 we are moving to the new location: Pruszków (MLP II) 

 

As Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market through contact with potential clients.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective pipeline of new projects and customers
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Director
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Present company’s products to inbound and outbound prospects

Profile:

  • Fluent both English and German is required
  • Masters Degree
  • Experience in logistics, e-fulfillment is a plus
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar job
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, excellent communication
  • The ability to acquire business relationships with clients with an orientation towards understanding the business and the needs of the clients
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Fluent both English and German is required
  • Knowledge and skills to manage the pre-sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective business relationships
