Your responsibilities

  • Generating leads while focusing on key territories located in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland through LinkedIn, Calls and Emails
  • Supporting the creation of the dedicated marketing campaigns focusing on the company key value proposition
  • Preparing and customizing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts
  • Maintaining close cooperation with governance, delivery, and marketing teams
  • Collecting feedback from leads
  • Identify hot trends or market niches to design and drive new lead development campaigns
  • Monitoring prospects life-cycle
  • Activating leads

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales roles in the IT industry (Software House)
  • Ability to understand complex tech concepts and communicate them to different audiences
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid copywriting and editing skills
  • Fluency in the English language (fluency in German is nice to have)
  • Ability to efficiently formulate clear objectives for your deliverables
  • Doer mindset
  • Are self-motivated and result oriented with a positive attitude and ambitions to grow
  • Can measure your own productivity and maintain focus over a long period of time while having loads of rejections and no-responses
  • Are a good speaker and listener easily building a rapport with another person
  • Know how to balance the quality and quantity of your deliverables
  • Are you a Team player
