Your responsibilities

  • Performing daily financial activities

  • Investigating financial system issues and searching proactive resolution

  • Setting up contract/project on the system

  • Monthly Revenue recognition based on volume upload templates

  • Raising invoices to clients

  • Completing tasks within the monthly schedule to ensure monthly financial deadlines are met

  • Dealing with the UK Consultants/Project Manager and the UK Finance Business Operations to resolve contract, revenue, and invoices issues

  • Collaborating with Validation Team to ensure contract and revenue documents/evidences fulfil SoX requirements

  • Collaborating closely with team mates, esp. during high peaks so work is delivered withing agreed timelines

  • Seeking for continuous improvement in processes and work organization so high level of quality of work is delivered to clients

  • Participating in projects/additional tasks and ensuring timely-manner deliveries

  • Ensuring high standard of work by meeting quality standard and performing peer’s review

Our requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience

  • English level – B2

  • Excel skills

  • Experience of working in an international environment would be an asset

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements

  • Ability to focus on details

  • Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required

  • Ability to work in a project team

  • Excellent time management & organizational skills

  • Spotless record and strong ethos
