The Cross Divisional Service Platform (CDSP) of CS Wroclaw is delivering a wide range of services around Business Assistance, Business Management, Design Services and Digital Solutions to internal business clients globally. We are looking for a Business Manager – with PMO and Financial background and interest, to join our growing Business Management team in Wroclaw to manage and support daily businesses and business project activities for internal business clients. As Business Management specialist, you will have an excellent platform to develop a strong network within the bank.

Your main responsibilities will involve an interesting and varied range of activities:

  • Act as dedicated contact between your internal business client, stakeholders and the CDSP team
  • Perform financial analysis and handle the cost forecasting within the supported project
  • Provide support to programs and projects as; financial management support, capture data and produce regular governance materials, status reports, milestone planning and financial metrics
  • Gather, track and follow-up on action items with business partners, using internal systems and tools (e.g. OnePPM)
  • Prepare management presentations and client meeting materials that have a coherent structure, follow a clear storyline, and show strong analytical rigor and thought
  • Analyse complex data, provide meaningful insights and develop improvement ideas
  • You will take ownership for variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries with the opportunity to learn new things

You offer:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good experience in operational planning, budgeting and HC reconciliation, cost estimation and billing accuracy control in a shared service organization
  • Strong client focus, striving to exceed client expectations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You demonstrate outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and provide high quality outputs
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in English (written and oral)
