Job Description
The role of the Business Intelligence Expert, within our Business Process & Operational Excellence team, is to identify, design and achieve business efficiency via data analytics and business intelligence. The successful candidate will have understanding of business processes and ability to use data analysis tools to provide meaningful information and insights to improve decision making and drive business process improvements.
Scope of Responsibilities:- Identify, gather, organize data and develop data visualization
- Manage big data and use of statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns to improve decision making
- Utilize data analysis tools to create dashboards to support KPI measurements and drive continuous improvement
- Perform data mining and process mapping to address gaps and challenges in supply chain operations
- Identify opportunities, conduct feasibility study, implement projects to meet cost, cash, revenue, delivery and customer experience goals
- Translate business stakeholders data needs needs into technical requirements and drive prioritization
- Collaborate with all Supply Chain business functions to promote improvement culture across teams
- Develops and maintains a management system to drive the key metrics for success
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years experience in similar function (Data analytics, Business Intelligence)
- Understanding of databases and data visualization tools such as SQL, Oracle,Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis and redesign initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization
- Understanding of Supply Chain Operations environment and processes would be a plus
- Ability to work in multinational environment and matrix organization
- Ability to work independently and strong attention to details
- Drive to inspire people to think differently and deliver commitments
- Collaborative skills to develop cross functional relationships
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
