The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:

Business Intelligence Manager,
Support & Maintenance Lead
Work location: Warszawa

Role profile:

The person in this role will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of BI solutions and services as well as internal and external user support. This includes people, process and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of service line strategy.
  • Lead BI projects and services delivery, focusing on ongoing maintenance of BI Solutions.
  • Manage team of BI / support specialists (e. g. assign resources to projects or tasks, drive skill, ensure business continuity).
  • Drive operational excellence and productivity within BI support and maintenance team.
  • Manage governance, compliance and operational processes for own and broader BI team.
  • Manage client and business escalations.
  • Act as role-model within the organisation, promote corporate culture and strengthen brand image within team and organization.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.
  • M.A in IT/Computer Science, BI or analytics preferred. MBA or relevant postgraduate studies will be a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT/BI support & maintenance / service operations is a must – relevant industry certifications will be a strong plus.
  • Past experience in BI/IT support & maintenance, ideally self-service BI (experience with solution based on Tableau, MS SQL Server & Alteryx/Knime will be a plus).
  • Drive and passion for and service and operational excellence.
  • Excellent service operations, people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate both with technical/analytical experts as well as with top management.
  • Build diverse networks within own and clients organizations and leverage them to deliver outstanding business results for the clients and JLL.
  • Experience in Real Estate industry will be a strong plus.
