Your responsibilities

Joining the Swiss Bank Poland as the Business Management Analyst is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career and grow your capabilities in business management, project and operational management.

The priorities of the role are diversified and focus on managing smooth operations of the Swiss Bank in Poland, ensuring proper governance and communication, compliance of outsourcing standards, site administration, reporting and Risk Management.

Main responsibilities of the Swiss Bank Poland Business Management Analyst will include:

Regulatory and Compliance

* Ensure deployed functions are aligned with Regulatory Requirements and Outsourcing Policy

* Maintaining proper inventory/Service Catalogue for the organization

* Advise Deployment Managers on Outsourcing Policy Standards and ensure compliance


* Provide reporting to enhance transparency and support management in decision process (e.g. Overtime, risk, open roles, seat capacity, ad hoc)

Operational Risk

* Drive location planning activities (requisition tracking, recruitment status tracking, verify future deployment demand, occupancy planning)

* Ensure proper Business Continuity Planning (Business Continuity or Recovery Plans in place, conduct annual BCP attestation for SB Wroclaw, Change Manager role, represent SB Poland as member of CS Poland crisis management team, coordinate tests)

* Ensure proper reporting of Operational Risk (eg. SB Risk Exposure Dashboard creation)

Governance and Supervision

* Ensure smooth and accurate communication flow within defined governance bodies, control consistent supervisory standards and robust governance model

* SB Management meetings facilitation

* Represent SB Poland in local Committees, Forums (e.g. CS Wroclaw Operational Committee Meeting

Our requirements

  • You have up to 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an international corporate environment

  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain successful relationships at all levels

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of deliverables and directing the associated work

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance a big picture view with attention to detail

  • Proven ability to present concepts and issues in a simple and concise way to diverse groups

  • High initiative and enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture

  • Outstanding networking skills and customer management competences

  • Phenomenal knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

  • Fluency in English to a business standard (written and spoken both)


  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Management, Operational or in an international corporate environment

  • Expertise in driving projects with wide customer management group

  • Skilled SharePoint user
