    A Line Business Management role servicing IWM IT EMEA & Regulatory working closely with multiple partners and countries to enable, support and provide a holistic control infrastructure, financial management and reporting of project, resource and accounting activities. Your main responsibilities will involve:

    • Providing financial management services (tracking and analysis of portfolio level financials - budget and actuals, forecasts). You will collaborate with project management community at operational level to ensure that planning accuracy transparency is provided
    • Providing continuous support to the EMEA locations' PMs and LBMs on resource capacity planning, forecasting and financial planning on applications and projects
    • Supporting EMEA locations to steer their CtB and RtB portfolios’ financials, on an ongoing basis, to achieve their top-down financial targets
    • Supporting project managers (PM) and PMOs with project planning activities (initial project financial plans, capitalization eligibility assessments, etc.)
    • Driving resource capacity planning as booking manager, performing project portfolio resource planning, managing allocation processes for internal, managed capacity, contractors, external service providers, software contracts in collaboration with resource and project managers
    • Driving monthly portfolio reviews with all EMEA organizational units, ensuring visibility and sound understanding of portfolio financials

    • You should have 3 years of experience in financial controlling, structured analysis techniques and project portfolio management
    • Proficiency in English language (strong written and verbal business communication skills
    • Good interpersonal relationship skills, you work collaboratively and listen actively
    • Flair with numbers and calculations, thorough tracking of project figures and budget progress
    • Advanced Excel & MS Access (proficient in other MS Office applications)
    • Proven ability to prioritize workload, multi-task in a complex
    • You enjoy to work in a challenging/changing environment – you are self-starter/quick learner
    • Problem solving ability and issue resolution resilience
