    Description:

    EAM Services BDC is a Wroclaw based team dedicated to External Asset Managers department within the Institutional Clients business area at Credit Suisse Switzerland. Since 2012 the team has offered increased resources for core business projects execution and has taken full responsibility for complex end-to-end activities in the area of technology product management, project management, project portfolio management, offering & communications, and social media management.

    As a Business Management Specialist your main responsibilities will involve an interesting and varied range of activities. It will be an exciting opportunity for you to build up your network as part of a motivated team. In this role you will:

    • Act as an interface between the team and various partners located globally
    • Handle business initiatives, work streams or work packages from initiation to timely delivery in close cooperation with business representatives
    • Participate in assignments which entail conducting research, project management, process management and marketing support
    • Draft, review and edit communications on a broad range of topics
    • Support stakeholders to prepare high-quality management presentations and client meetings materials
    • Maintain internal and external communication platforms of the department (e.g. Intranet, Internet)
    • Support content management and monitoring of eamXchange - our innovative social media platform for External Asset Managers
    • Analyse quality aspects of our processes and find opportunities for driving improvements
    • Provide support to Project Portfolio Manager with ongoing activities around programs and projects administration including financial management. Capture project data and produce regular program governance materials and reports
    • Take responsibility for variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries in the area of business management with a possibility to learn new things

    Qualifications:

    • You have 2-3 years of practical experience in corporate environment and a good understanding of the financial business and its products
    • You have higher education from a leading institution preferably in the area of economics, finance, marketing, project management or business administration
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
    • You are proficient in MS Office applications (in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
    • Your knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. OneCMS) would be considered as a plus
    • Your previous experience in a PMO role with know-how of project management processes and tools (e.g. OnePPM) would be considered as an advantage
    • You demonstrate outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills as well as structured and result-driven approach
    • You are confident and have professional communication style with excellent presentation skills
    • You demonstrate great attention to detail as well as solid writing and editing skills with experience in storyline creation when preparing documents for senior management
    • You have entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude with ability to build relationships across the organization, work independently, build trust and collaborate efficiently with various partners
    • You show commitment to ongoing learning and passion for implementing new knowledge into practice and sharing it with others
    • You are a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve
