Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role, where you will be responsible for:

* Act as dedicated contact between your internal business client, stakeholders and the CDSP team

* Provide ongoing support to programs and projects: capture data and produce regular governance materials, status reports, milestone planning and financial metrics

* Gather, track and follow-up on action items with partners, using internal systems and tools (e.g. Sharepoint, JIRA, OnePPM, Confluence)

* Analyse complex data, provide significant insights and develop improvement ideas

* Take responsibility for variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries with the opportunity to learn new things

* Developing strong network in the CDSP Team and across the bank

* Prepare high-quality management presentations and client meeting materials that have a coherent structure, follow a clear storyline, and show strong analytical rigor and thought

* Support business administration to achieve the set up objectives and maximize performance

As Business Management Specialist, you will join a team of best in class Project Managers, Data Analysts and Business Managers. The team is hardworking and used to work independently as well as collaboratively. This role is within the Cross Divisional Service Platform (CDSP)- Global Business Integrated Services (GBIS), which provides a wide range of services in the area of Business Assistance, Business Management, Graphic and Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design and Digital Solutions to internal business clients globally. Our requirements

  • University degree with a master in Economics or Business/Project Management or similar

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience

  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in English (written and oral)

  • Proven experience in management/project management background

  • Knowledge of MS Office at Intermediate level minimum, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • A client focused person, tackling to exceed client expectations

  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and provide high quality outputs

  • Ability to work independently and develop positive relationship with internal clients

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Be able to manage work well under time pressure

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge/ certifications in Project Management Methodologies (e.g. Agile or Prince2) would be an advantage
