Your responsibilities
- Achieving optimum turnover/profit according to the agreed budget
- Keeping close contact and strengthens good relationship with strategic customers and suppliers
- Analysing and anticipating market situation/trends, i.e. prices, demands, supplies, competitors and generates reports
- Developing and implementing through sales team, policies and procedures on marketing of respective products and identifying/defining market potential to develop new business
- Planning, establishing and developing sales strategies conforming to the sales budget and the strategic plan
- Minimizing fixed cost and production cost with the highest productivity in the most efficient manner
- Monitoring and controlling the actual sales performance against budget, as well as stock position and debtors according to the budget
- Leading, training, motivating, coaching and developing all staffs to perform their jobs more effectively
- Keeping all the subordinate team member in his business well informed of the company’s policy and activities, etc.
- Holding regular meetings among sales team on business discussion of his respective business
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related majors
- At least 10 years’ sales experience strictly connecting with Animal Nutrition branch and at least 3-5 years at manager role
- Possess thorough knowledge of the products from Animal Nutrition portfolio
- Requires knowledge of business statistics and analysis
- Very high leading the team and communication skills
- Ability to win others over to bigger ideas, rallying them around the priorities to achieved common goals
- Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff including upper management
- Fluent knowledge of English
