Your responsibilities

The successful candidate will become part of the COO organization within the Compliance function. In this position, you will become part of Transversal COO team. The position provides a unique and an outstanding opportunity to join a highly motivated and dynamic team in an international and diverse environment and to grow your career, build up further exposure and increase your visibility within the function and the wider firm.

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Business Manager responsible for supporting the Compliance senior management team in a broad range of business management topics consisting of e.g. financial management/analysis and compliance, vendor management, workforce management, organizational change updates, etc. In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with senior stakeholders of the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services required. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for an opportunity to provide an impact and help shape the future in the dynamic Transversal COO setting.

Our requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven work experience preferably in the financial industry

  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude

  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint

  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude

  • Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills

  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience

  • Proven experience with regulatory and/ or audit topics is a plus

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
