Your responsibilities
An outstanding opportunity to join us as a People Development Program Manager and Analyst to drive the boost of high quality learning and development solutions across Credit Suisse. You will be responsible for financial management and support/ manage projects and strategic initiatives. In this role, you manage and are accountable for analytics, track programs and reporting’s. It’s a great opportunity to manage the operational delivery of training offerings. You will have a chance to play a key role in identifying, liaising and negotiating with external training vendors. In this role you will collaborate with Learning Business Partners, Program Managers as well as HR Business Partners around the globe.

Our requirements
Demonstrate a proven ability to create a narrative using data.
Strong numerical skills (ideally accounting), data analytical and conceptual skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Power BI, or similar data visualization tool.
Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English and a professional communication enable you to build strong relations and collaborate with your diverse partners.
Demonstrate can-do approach and outstanding problem solving skills, attention to details. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure.
