Selling the whole spectrum of Sii services to existing customers and acquisition of new ones
Taking care of a team of Sii Engineers who work for your clients
Recruiting IT engineers
Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
Being responsible for the preparation of offers and presentations
Cooperating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department in terms of implementing new services for clients
Coordinating the full sales process, contract negotiations
At least 5 years of experience in sales in the B2B segment
Higher education degree – IT or Business related degree is preferred
Experience in cooperation with large or international companies
Independence and professionalism in action, good organization of work, very good interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative, creativity, can-do attitude, goal orientation, outstanding self-motivation
Full proficiency in English
Experience in prospection, and market analysis in terms of sales strategy
Negotiation skills (in English)
Experience in sales of IT, consulting, and outsourcing services
Knowledge of the German language
