Your responsibilities

  • Selling the whole spectrum of Sii services to existing customers and acquisition of new ones

  • Taking care of a team of Sii Engineers who work for your clients

  • Recruiting IT engineers

  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis

  • Being responsible for the preparation of offers and presentations

  • Cooperating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department in terms of implementing new services for clients

  • Coordinating the full sales process, contract negotiations

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in the B2B segment

  • Higher education degree – IT or Business related degree is preferred

  • Experience in cooperation with large or international companies

  • Independence and professionalism in action, good organization of work, very good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Initiative, creativity, can-do attitude, goal orientation, outstanding self-motivation

  • Full proficiency in English

  • Experience in prospection, and market analysis in terms of sales strategy

  • Negotiation skills (in English)

Optional

  • Experience in sales of IT, consulting, and outsourcing services

  • Knowledge of the German language
