  • Active acquiring of new customers, both national and international
  • Selling IT services in order to foster business development
  • Being responsible for organizing and conducting sales process, including meetings with customers, preparation of offers and presentations and coordination of contracts
  • Supporting business development through participation in pre-sales process and assisting Sales Specialists from various Sii Branches
  • Achieving defined sales objectives
  • Observing and analyzing the market
  • Creating sales and marketing strategies related to products and services in cooperation with Marketing Department
  • Planning and coordinating marketing activities developed together with Marketing Department
  • Acting in accordance with mission, main goals, and key values of the company
Required skills:

Required skills:


      • Minimum 3 years of experience in national and international sales of projects and services and 5 years general professional experience
      • Knowledge of marketing and strategic planning tools (such as SWOT analysis, stage gate, and others)
      • Experience in preparing sales offers and conducting promotional presentations
      • Higher education (IT or Business degree preferred)
      • Very good knowledge of English
      • IT and software technical expertise

Ability to:

    • Establish good relationships with clients
    • Look for new opportunities
    • Win lucrative contracts
    • Capability for creating an effective strategy for the solution domain or Competency Center
    • High-achieving personality, goal-oriented, dedicated and self-reliant
    • Passion, determination, and ‘Can do attitude’, natural ability to create good, positive relationships with people
