This role reports into the Recruitment Services Team Lead based in Wroclaw. As a key member of the Experienced & Campus Recruitment team, you will provide vital business management support to the global recruiters and local managers.

You will:

  • analyze performance metrics and manage the collation of further information incl. trend analysis for regional and global functions
  • be responsible for interpreting data and translating it into high-level presentations and documents for various HR-related meetings on higher levels in our Organization.
  • prepare consolidated reports and collect global feedback on various topics
  • establish positive working relationships with various functions and recruitment leads
  • support the leads by liaising with the Vendor Management unit to coordinate signing and the execution of agency contracts
  • manage share point and validate content regularly to keep it up-to-date, perform reviews and audits – spot checks & reassurance, suggesting automation & improvements where possible
  • facilitate meetings, support project management, create various documents paying attention to graphical design and story line

You offer:

  •  3-5 years of proven experience in business management and data analysis incl. work with Senior Managers
  • You demonstrate outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and provide high quality outputs
  • Ability to work independently and develop positive relationship with internal clients
  • You are proficient in MS office user (with focus on excel and power point) and fluent in english (business level in writing and presenting data)
  • excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills with a genuine dedication to regular communication with your partners & team
  • high level of integrity, prioritization skills, attention to detail – with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, focussing on multiple topics same time
