    We Offer

    Key duties:

    • Run and develop training catalogue with focus on Asset Servicing related topics.
    • Support line managers in skill and knowledge management related activities.
    • Cooperate with our leadership team on succession planning, development and promotion programs.
    • Manage process and documentation platform to ensure proper and up-to-date level of documentation.
    • Collaborate with reporting and service portfolio management teams to ensure service alignment regarding performance and skills management.
    • Lead and cooperate on cross-team improvement projects.
    • Continuously build own knowledge and understanding of the supported services, contemporary concepts and standard methodologies in service management.

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

    You Offer

    You will possess a master degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking and the equivalent of 2-4 years work experience in a shared service environment for financial services processing.

    Other requirements are:

    • Be highly committed to accuracy and organized in own work.
    • Have interest in, knowledge and understanding of: service management, service levels management, process documentation, projects portfolio management office.
    • Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline driven environment.
    • Customer Service orientation is a requirement along with ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
    • Demonstrate solace when working across units and locations with managers on various levels of the organization.
    • Functional proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) is required; MS SharePoint related skills will be a plus.
    • Good command of English or German. Knowledge of the second language would be an asset.
    • Understanding of the banking operations environment.
    • Project management skills and experience.
