Business Operations Controller

DHL Supply Chain (Poland) Sp. z o.o.

A unique finance role effectively combining Business Partnering with Financial Controlling;
Prepare analyze and report Site’s performance KPIs;
Participate in the yearly budgeting process (CAPEX, OPEX, and performance KPIs);
Drive Site’s month-end-close process including forecasting activities;
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports for clients (both external and internal);
Close cooperation with the Top Management of the DHL Supply Chain
Ensure correctness of accounting entries (IFRS accounting);
Ensure that the company's financial policies and procedures are communicated, applied and enforced.

University Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related fields;
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling, financial auditing (Big4 experience is an asset);
Solution driven approach to systems and processes; advanced computer literacy (MS Excel). VBA knowledge is an asset;
Previous working experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Essbase is an asset;
Strong spoken and written Polish and English;
Thrive on analytics and detailed investigation - able to coordinate workload;
Knowledge of IFRS is an asset;
Previous knowledge of the logistics industry is an asset;
Demonstrate Passion - Can Do and Right First Time attitude both in personal and work life
Developed communications skills, relationship building and influencing others.
