Business Operations Specialist with Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

assisting operation managers to organize meetings, workshops, trainings, recruitment interviews, campaigns, and events
optimizing processes and business results
analysis of multilingual data
helping managers in key team tasks
creating reports
cooperation with various departments within the company

Requirements:

Chinese language - native speaker or at least HSK5/6 level
English - min. B2
experience in a position related to administration/project management/customer service/data analyst/marketing will be an asset
completed university studies or during studies (full-time availability required)
the motivation for professional development in a dynamic and international environment
excellent time organization skills
