About the project

The BPDT Record to Report (Data Analyst) is responsible for the management of all static and dynamic data types within the organization by creating FRoSTA AG framework and governance for our data model, databases, cleanups, processing of data attributes. This may include monitoring client account details, maintaining detailed descriptive data and price information/attributes about assets, setting up securities, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and relationships with third party vendors providing feeds. Activities may also involve undertaking control and audit tasks, centralizing and streamlining the collection and distribution of data as well as actively gathering, checking and inputting/filing data within defined guidelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop a master data governance concept based on benchmark End-two-End processes within FROSTA AG Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis work includes:

  • Manage understanding and development of FRoSTA SAP S/4 data architecture in all modules

  • Establish and govern an enterprise-wide data governance implementation roadmap, including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities (FRoSTA AG SAP S4 data model and data quality governance. )

  • Analyzing business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions

  • Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses

  • Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends

  • Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies

Our requirements

  • Minimum good University Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer science

  • Proven experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good company in the areas of IT, Finance, Controlling or Master Data, data analytics and master data management

  • Experience in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

  • Several years’ experience in managing and monitoring big data projects

  • Proven Project Management skills and capabilities

  • Coordination and team leading expertise

  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases HANA (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks, OData)

  • Knowledge in modern reporting tools e.g. SAP Fiori, SAP analytics Cloud, SAP BW

  • Experience in SAP landscape and SAP Cloud Platform

  • SAP S4 Data model and data quality experience

  • Talent in transferring knowledge and training to others

With this role comes the responsibility to closely cooperate and align activities with all Digital Transformation Office teammates to develop and successfully execute the strategy and digital strategy of the FRoSTA AG. A key role of all Digital Transformation Office members is to assure that the company vision, mission as well the concrete targets and the strategy is well understood by all respective team members.
