Your responsibilities
- Annual Operating Plan and forecasting process co-ordination to ensure adherence to timelines;
- Consolidation and submission of completed forecasts for the total business including detailed analytical review;
- Production of summary schedules and KPIs for use in the business;
- Preparation of board presentation packs to accompany the forecasts;
- Consolidation and input to the internal weekly forecast and the formal fortnightly quarterly outlook;
- Delivery of the daily management reports;
- Preparation of model P&Ls for key strategic planning;
- Co-ordination, management and communication of target setting for bonuses and commissions throughout the business;
Our requirements
- Timely delivery of quarterly forecast process and all internal reporting;
- Accurate forecasts and detailed understanding of the consolidated figures;
- Proactive working relationships with the Commercial Controllers to ensure co-ordinated approach to forecast processes;
- Qualified accountant;
- Previous Finance department experience in medium/large business or audit experience;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills;
- Strong Excel experience;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking and international environment;
