Your responsibilities

  • Monitors the GR/IR account and clarifies of open cost positions if necessary

  • Monitors the complete freight cost process and ensures that all STI invoices have been settled at the right price

  • Ensures that all processes relating to area of responsibility run efficiently and are documented

  • Acts as a competent contact person for all departments in the area of purchase cost analysis

  • Links Finance Hub AP/AR and Local Finance

  • Prepares the goods account reports/other reports for the DACH region in the area of Purchase Cost Analysis

  • Performs analysis/deviation analysis of the reporting data, clarifies all corrections/discrepancies

  • Creates FCT in close cooperation with customers and other departments

  • Consults the reporting data with the customers/KAM

Our requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in reporting and/or accounting

  • Very good knowledge of English and fluent German

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP R/3 FI, MM and Workflow

  • Extensive knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills

  • Ability to view processes in their entirety

  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance

  • Above-average initiative, independence and goal-oriented working style
