    For our Product Management department we are seeking the following:
    Business Process Analyst
    WORKPLACE: Wrocław

    Your tasks:

    You will co-create and develop existing internal software tool. Your goal will be to perform the role of an interface between the business and our Technical Representatives (Product Owners, Software Developers, Testers)

    • Analysing project requirements and streamlining business processes to adopt them into existing structures of our software
    • Designing and implementing solutions together with your team for creating highly automated service delivery processes

    Our requirements: 

    • Excellent English skills (speaking & writing)
    • Very Strong communication skills.
    • Understanding of Software Development Process
    • Very good analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, ability to see big picture as well as the details (i.e. separation of requirements, breakdown structures)
    • Ability to define requirements and user stories out of business needs
    • Ability to create business process documentation including diagrams
    • Familiarity with Collaboration and Documentation Tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)
    • Previous experience in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering)

     

    Would be an asset:

    • Higher education qualification in related areas
    • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML 2.0
    • Understanding of terms: Agile, Scrum
    • German Language, Polish Language
