Twój zakres obowiązków
Be a vital link between Bauer Group Technology and our business departments
Gather business requirements and develop specifications
Analyse, document, and optimize processes
Team up with our Technology functions such as Project Management, Application Development, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Security and Service Management to create a great customer experience
Support and lead small projects from inception to go-live and roll-out (primarily in ERP)
Participate in end-to-end system testing and third level support
Nasze wymagania
At least 3 years of professional experience and first relevant experience in process and project management
Experience in process mapping using BPMN 2.0; ideally in Signavio
Familiar with end-to-end business process such as Lead to Cash or Source to Pay as well as Finance processes (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax); ideally in SAP (ECC or S4)
Ability to translate business requirements into system design
Experience in moderating workshops and active stakeholder management
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
Basic ITIL knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Experience in process mining and robotic process automation (RPA) is a plus
Languages: Polish (required), English (required), German (desirable)
