Your responsibilities

  • Identifying and managing the implementation and optimization of systems processes,

  • Executing user acceptance tests with the business for NFPS system its interfaces,

  • Providing 3rd level system process support as required,

  • Being responsible for the management, documentation and maintenance of, the Sarbox controls in their remit,

  • Maintaining and updating process and procedure diagrams and flowcharts in line with process changes,

  • Performing agreed monthly tasks eg. Reconciliations,

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • University degree in accounting or finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent),

  • At lest 6 years accounting experience,

  • Oracle ERP system experience

  • Administrative and project management experience,

  • Good level of technical knowledge,

  • A global approach and an appreciation of cultural differences,

  • Internal controls experience of documenting controls processes and dealing with Auditors External/Internal,

  • Experience of working as the business IT interface to ensure requirements are understood and delivered,

  • Ability to work under pressure and to work in a virtual environment,

  • Ability to engage with customer and internal staff as required,

  • Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required,

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to build a strong relations with customers and the Service Provider,

  • Negotiation and problem solving skills,

  • Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner and functional leader,
