Your responsibilities

  • Developing and deploying strategies, programs, processes and tools for business process management and knowledge management.

  • Driving business process management and knowledge management awareness, communication, change management and training within and beyond GE as appropriate,

  • Actively implementing BPM and KM in the organization,

  • Driving, monitoring and actively influencing business process management and knowledge management performance, quality, metrics, alignment with other strategic initiatives (process improvement, process automation, etc.),

  • Keeping current with benchmarking and forward-looking trends in the BPM and KM space,

  • Proposing changes to McCormick BPM and KM landscape to suit,

  • Developing and deploying strategies, programs, processes and tools for Enterprise policy framework management.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Process Management, Quality Management Systems or related field preferred,

  • Project Management, Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or other Quality Management certifications desired,

  • At least 8 years progressive business experience, preferably in a shared services environment,

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.

  • At least 5 years of experience within business process management and knowledge management: understanding and experience in setting up an organizational process framework and the supporting tools across multiple functions and geographies,

  • Project/Program Management experience – ability to manage medium/large size projects/programs across multiple locations if needed preferred,

  • Process improvement, process performance measurement experience required,

  • Experience working in global, multicultural environments which require cultural awareness,

  • Fluency in other than Polish and English languages is a plus,

  • Strong business acumen with ability to identify and proactively address impacts and disruptions. Ability to handle multiple deadlines,

  • Strong collaboration and relationship management knowledge, skills and abilities to establish creditability and confidence with customers and employees,

  • Demonstrated PC/software skills with word processing, spreadsheet, workflow, PowerPoint, project management and database applications. BPM software experience a plus.

In this position you will have an opportunity to be responsible for leading and overseeing the Business Process Management (BPM) and Knowledge Management (KM) framework globally. You will be responsible for driving a BPM and KM mindset, framework, capabilities and tools for the entire process documentation hierarchy, measured in terms of standardization across the organization, execution effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
