An outstanding opportunity to join us as the Business Process Modelling Lead in the Business Architecture program. In this role you will be accountable for the delivery of a self-service Workflow component via CS Reporting Portal, for modelling business processes using BPM tooling and for implementing/integrating them on the Workflow platform. You will also be managing the BPM Support resource, and collaborating closely with the Process Enablement team in the provision of generic self-service workflow capability.

We are looking for:

  • Proven background in workflow and technology implementation in a Financial Services organisation.
  • Strong business analysis and PM skills.
  • A strong self-starter able to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong experience with business process modelling and process implementation.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with line functions to deliver process change, including working with senior business partners, and for realizing business benefit.
  • Proven experience of leveraging innovative tooling such as R, Python, Qlik, Robotics, ETL and others within a process re-engineering context a plus.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Experience with Oracle BPM and/or Flowable a plus.
