A role as a Business Project Manager and Team Head that ensures delivery of innovative and high quality platform solutions which form the backbone of the bank’s digital presence and to manage a small team of business project managers,
The responsibility of planning and managing resources across multidivisional projects ensuring capacity and workload in the team to be aligned.
The opportunity to manage the delivery of business projects in the area of Global Marketing and Brand Communications and ensure that the deliverables meet required bank quality and compliance requirements.
A role to define the implementation sprints with the Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts from different areas and to lead agile digital implementation projects.
A role to work proactively with IT-development managers and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration of products and solutions.
The opportunity to manage the planning and execution of proof of concepts (PoC) and solution analysis.
The chance to provide status and updates to PMO and management.
The opportunity to support senior management in budgeting and monitoring of project costs.
A role to ensure that business benefits can be realized or that the risks inhibiting realization are highlighted and where possible mitigated.

Higher education or degree in business, economics, banking, IT or the sciences.
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience preferably in the financial industry, ideally a combination process/project management and change management.
Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills, including a desire to mentor junior members.
First hands-on experience in business project management within a large organization and within a complex, dynamic and technical environment. Your understanding of software delivery management and state of art software methodologies are key factors to your project management success stories.
You are effective in anticipating and understanding stakeholder expectations and to ensure requirements are always met.
Your leadership and interpersonal skills allow you to orchestrate, implement and lead agile processes and methodologies. You feel comfortable to manage (agile) projects in a global environment and to work within a dynamic team.
SaaS, PaaS, RPA, Marketing Automation and Digitalization are not only buzzwords for you. You are familiar with digital technologies, platforms and concepts. With your entrepreneurial mindset you impact stakeholders across all functional areas of the Bank and across regions.
