Your responsibilities
- Order management: check statuses against process flow
- Order management: check particular stage statuses (Hybris-gERP-WH-Carriers-Client) vs targets
- Daily exception tracking and resolution of exception cases
- Support commercial team to increase the accuracy of the AI forecasting tool
- SAP & Hybris configuration
- Stock configurations in Hybris against each SKU code (delivery, type, payment type)
- Preorder stock configurations in Hybris
- Setting rules/limitations against specific stores eg. EPP
- Processes improvements based on KPIs
- Reports with payment transactions confronted with orders' statuses
Our requirements
- Openness to new people and situations proven by highly developed communication skills
- Very good analytical skills and focus on details
- SAP knowledge would be additional value (including logistics and finance modules)
- Ability to identify critical/risky points in the process and suggest solutions
- Capable of working under pressure of time
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel(VBA knowledge would be additional value)
- Experience in creating reports
- Very good knowledge of English that allows everyday communication
- At least basic knowledge about supply chain
