  • Take the lead in timely performing yearly re-certification of data and input into the tool, by gathering necessary data from the First Line

  • Propose pragmatic approach towards incremental data requirements (cost/benefit analysis)

  • Take a step back and draw conclusions by identifying gaps and proposing action plans

  • Build and maintain the inventory of contingency procedures within the departments

  • Ensure completeness of departmental Business Continuity Procedures (BCP) and SOPs (coverage of main business continuity scenarios), their adequacy, quality, centralization etc. Identify gaps against Extreme but Plausible Scenarios and bring this forward to Management.

  • Coordinates in the department regular testing at Bronze level of BCP scenarios and supports Silver Testing scenarios:

  • Proactively communicate planning and scope / requirements to impacted areas

  • Ensure testing deadlines are respected, test results are analysed, improvements identified and actioned (I-Track creation, IT and non-IT mitigating actions...)

  • Report testing evidence towards the Business Continuity & Crisis Management team

  • In particular, for Collateral, lead a regular testing program on Default Management

  • Setup testing of departmental critical applications
