Who we are looking for

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about risk management with strong communication and organizational skills, business acumen, not afraid of new challenges.

Your responsibilities

  • Project Management of Risk Assessment Projects for European and Middle East legal entities for operational, compliance and technology & resiliency risks (incl. determination of approach, project planning, facilitation of the assessment and presentation of results to senior stakeholders)

  • Supporting global risk assessments of products & services across all jurisdictions (EMEA, APAC, NA)

  • Facilitation of global Risk Assessment workshops

  • Acting as a liaison for risk assessments projects (prepare workbooks, provide pre-read materials using Governance Risk Management and Compliance Software (GRC), produce meeting minutes, actively manage follow-up actions)

  • Collecting, collating and analyzing data required during the risk assessment process, including but not limited to prior year assessments, Internal Audit reports, Assurance test results, Operational Risk events

  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with Business Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Business stakeholders across the globe

  • Upkeep of GRC data model in the system

  • Support of broader Business Risk Management team in current projects and assignments, including but not limited to Issue Management and Incident Reporting.

  • Effective communication, written and verbal is a must

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Self-driven / proactive personality

  • Experience in financial services sector

  • Ability to work independently and with virtual teams across different teams & jurisdictions
