Your responsibilities
Deliver D365 2nd level technical and functional support. 1st level support delivered over champion training and support
Take active part in the migration from AX2009 to Dynamics 365
Define and develop solutions based on business requirements using various tools in the Microsoft Dynamics platform
Assist with design, and implementation and maintenance of interfaces between D365 and other internal or external systems
Manage environment refreshes
Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage functional and technical aspects of D365
Deploy periodic D365 platform and application updates
Deploy Microsoft Quality updates
Deploy builds for bugs and change requests
Report issues and bugs to Microsoft
Maintain all environments (from tier1/dev to Production)
Our requirements
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
Experience of working on Microsoft LifeCycle Services and implementation of MS service updates to D365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) environments
Experience on software development and extensions to D365FO
Test and release management
Orchestration of application development lifecycle
Optional
D365 F&O performance troubleshooting experience (LCS Telemetry)
Knowledge of development (X++ and C#) preferred
Experience of working on Microsoft LifeCycle Services and implementation of MS service updates to D365 F&O environments
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
