The Global Delivery Center Poland located in Łódź and Katowice employs specialists within five business lines: Research & Development and Business Application Services, Remote Infrastructure Management, BPO, Service Management, Service Desk.     About the job

    Purpose of Role:

    The role holder will provide a support service to a specialist team to ensure problems and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.  The role holder will have a good working knowledge of the specialist area and be responsible for a specific set of tasks within this discipline.

     

     Key Accountabilities:

    • Provides a specialized support role for a service delivery unit, business area or team.
    • Ensures the role supports the reliability and purpose of the unit and looks to improve the service given to the customer (either internally or externally) through timely and efficient resolutions of tasks, problems or queries.
    • Make an analysis of a potential problems or issues, diagnosis and make potential recommendation for resolution to the team leader or manager in order to maintain appropriate service for the unit, area or team.
    • Recognizes changes in priorities for the team and own workload and takes necessary action to achieve targets.
    • Maintains appropriate data relevant to the specified role for the service deliver unit, business area or team to ensure accurate records and the ability to report when necessary to management.
    • Communicates effectively by using appropriate questioning, listening and presentation skills for colleagues, managers and customers in order to express and convey information appropriately for the service delivery unit, business area or team’s requirements.
    • Operates processes, standards and practices and recognizes where they can be improved for the service delivery unit, business area or team in order to meet the requirement of the unit, area or team as well as Fujitsu.
    • Recognizes the business impact their role on the service delivery unit, business area or team and helps ensures productivity and costs are maintained.
    • Maintains a depth of knowledge in the specialized area and takes initiative to extend knowledge in order to ensure personal contribution to the team.
    • Ensure that all general areas of office are neat and tidy at all times.

     

    Key Activities:

    • Organize outgoing mail and couriers.
    • Attending to any customers and contractors that enter the Reception area with a high level of customer service.
    • Issue and control the visitor passes and Fujitsu visitor’s book, ensure that clients are swiftly meet by their host and are escorted at all times.
    • Answer all incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Maintenance and input of Outlook calendar and contacts.
    • Preparation of purchase orders.
    • Keep a log of all visitors in the office.
    • Report any maintenance on office items
    • Ordering catering for meetings.
    • Generate reports, communications & documents as required by management.
    • Supporting travel requests & booking arrangements.
    • Establish effective day-to-day business relationships within the staff, and where possible be responsive to their needs.
    • Assist and support the Site Facilities management.
    • Act as full back-up for colleague in reception area to cover absence.
