About the project
Amer Sports Financial Shared Service is seeking an ambitious SAP SCM CONSULTANT. In your role and as a member of a team of professionals you will have the opportunity to not only address a wide range of global SAP support requirements, but also to influence the definition of processes and company standards in the area of your expertise. The main goal of these positions will be to take the ownership of the support activities as well as new developments and manage them independently or in cooperation with the Global SAP Team.
Your responsibilities
Managing SAP incidents.
Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
End to end Implementation of change requests and new solutions to cover business needs.
Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes.
Training of Business Key Users.
Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.
Our requirements
At least 2 years of SAP consulting experience.
Proven expertise in different logistic modules of SAP (MM, PP, QM).
Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset.
Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
Fluent English.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
