Your responsibilities

  • developing working knowledge of regulations, corporate governance, restrictions, and laws, and ensuring that the organisation adheres to them

  • organising and facilitating the routines of Management Board members, in particular organising and running the Management Board Meetings

  • ensuring that the regulatory & governance requirements of CEO and management board are adhered to

  • supporting the development and the achievement of the strategy

  • collaborating in order to communicate and support implementation of the new strategy

  • risks identification, early warnings and material insights and assisting in developing a strategy to address these

  • supporting people agenda – promoting of vision, purpose and company’s aspirations to grow personal engagement

  • adding value and cooperating as a business partner with the different divisions of the organisation, helping to overcome the challenges inherent in the people agenda

  • collaborating to support building capability and creating strategic workforce plans

  • reviewing data, new and existing processes, resources and systems to define patterns, trends and themes and delivering organisational and productivity improvements and ensuring the organisational obligations are met

  • identifying, defining and supporting implementation of strategic projects, deliver ongoing support to the Steering Committee and Project Sponsors

  • indicating organisational and project risks, apply the risk management practices and bring the high quality results to the Management Boards attention

  • collaborating with financial and other departments to gather required data and provide insight

  • performing data and processes analysis in various areas of the company’s business and activities, present results, conclusions and form recommendations for the Management Board

Our requirements

  • proficiency in English

  • responsibility for one’s own tasks, projects, striving for tangible results

  • cooperation in an atmosphere of mutual respect and appreciation of differing opinions

  • effectiveness and goal-orientation and development of the organisation

  • agile attitude understood as openness, improvement of actions, anticipation of changes

  • knowledge of MS Office, project management tools, enterprise resource management tools

  • experience in project management and services delivery management

  • bachelor’s degree
