Your responsibilities

  • Being standard business operation process expert in area of responsibility and consult respective business unit,

  • Gathering input for standard business process changes from business units (change requests), steer information and alignment amongst the business units and hand over via demand template to demand management process,

  • Ensuring knowledge transfer about standard business processes within business units,

  • Provision of release notes to end users (country applications or global applications),

  • (Re-)Training of key users in new features or when demanded by business,

  • Creation and update of user manuals / handouts for applications responsible for (usually country applications),

  • Share knowledge of global applications in the Cluster,

  • Testing of own documented business requirement specification and change requests,

  • Organization of UAT and E2E tests in the country during new system rollouts and after releases.

Our requirements

  • Excellent analytical ability to understand business processes,

  • Logistics knowledge or experience is a must,

  • At least 3 years of working experience in business analysis,

  • Fluent communication in English language is a must,

  • Knowledge about transport business processes, user experience analysis and data analysis.

Short Description

The Business Support Specialist at Business Architecture Team is a business operation process expert, supporting process modeling and knowledge sharing for business units. She/He works in close collaboration with the respective Business Experts Team, Key-users, End-users, as well as IT Teams. She/He is responsible for knowledge and training management for the business functional areas.
