Your responsibilities
Being standard business operation process expert in area of responsibility and consult respective business unit,
Gathering input for standard business process changes from business units (change requests), steer information and alignment amongst the business units and hand over via demand template to demand management process,
Ensuring knowledge transfer about standard business processes within business units,
Provision of release notes to end users (country applications or global applications),
(Re-)Training of key users in new features or when demanded by business,
Creation and update of user manuals / handouts for applications responsible for (usually country applications),
Share knowledge of global applications in the Cluster,
Testing of own documented business requirement specification and change requests,
Organization of UAT and E2E tests in the country during new system rollouts and after releases.
Our requirements
Excellent analytical ability to understand business processes,
Logistics knowledge or experience is a must,
At least 3 years of working experience in business analysis,
Fluent communication in English language is a must,
Knowledge about transport business processes, user experience analysis and data analysis.
