About the project
We’re seeking for a Business & System Analyst to engage in a project for Okeo Payments UAB, a licensed electronic money institution with strong growth ambitions.
Gathering and verification of business requirements and converting them to the User Stories (SCRUM) with an adequate level of details, for the purpose of proprietary payments platform IT development.
Preparation of solution low level designs (i.a. using Enterprise Architect) with reference to the business requirements and solution IT architecture – with focus on system requirements, use cases, use case scenarios, data model, interfaces, services, technical aspects of communication, errors handling, security, authentication and authorization.
Maintenance, quality assurance and supervision over the analytical documentation repository.
Engagement in integration works and configuration of top-class external IT systems, including cloud-based core banking solution Mambu.
Engagement in GUI prototyping and design for new areas.
Researching new technologies and IT solutions to determine how technology can provide business value.
Coordination of tests (including unit testing and system integration tests) and support in tests automation.
Supporting other colleagues’ efforts in the development process, including ad hoc internal trainings.
Engagement in additional tasks, e.g. user guides preparation, testing, researching, depending on the current project needs.
Practical experience gathered on projects for financial institutions, preferably in the field of payments processing, in the role of business or system analyst.
5+ years’ experience as business or system analyst.
Familiarity with payments processing solutions and infrastructure related to SEPA transfers, SWIFT transfers, currency conversions.
Structured and detail-oriented approach with understanding of the overall context.
Experience in working with UML and BMPN (working knowledge of Enterprise Architect would be an advantage).
Familiarity with webservices technologies (SOAP, REST), cloud solutions (Google Cloud Platform), relational databases and SQL or other technical background and programming skills would be a great advantage.
Get things done attitude; self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines.
Hard working, systematic and consistent personality; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
