Part of a geographically diverse team that provides day to day support of Investran and other specialist fund systems to TMF’s staff and external clients.
Provide technical expertise in evaluating the requirements, creating technical design documents and creating prototype solutions
Provide second line support for Investran and other core business applications, conducting technical investigations relating to errors, queries and system development
Assist in the administration and governance of system development strategies
Provide expertise in database analysis and design, query building, user interface design, and integration with other software
Part of a global, virtual, support team that collaborates to deliver a consistent service to end users irrespective of their location or time-zone.
Application development across the Fund Services core applications, implementing new features, upgrades and patches. Comfortable working across a wide range of cultures and time zones.
Participate in the standardised use of fund systems across TMF’s global offices. Drive the adoption of consistent usage of IT platforms to ensure that global clients receive the same service offering irrespective of location.
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience
Keen interest in technology and driving digital change
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Knowledge and experience as a Business Systems Analyst gained within a business environment, preferably within Private Equity or Financial Services.
Supporting Global applications
Application development in C#.net or VB.net
Data Integration tools such as Alteryx, SSIS
SQL Server, TSQL and database design
Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Azure stack, IaaS/PaaS including and DR / Security considerations
Report Writing tools such as SSRS, Business Objects / Crystal Reports, Tableau, PowerBI
Experience of Private Equity systems (Investran, eFront), industry leading Real Asset systems (Yardi) is preferable, but not essential.
Experience of formal change management, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project co-ordination & planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be able to recommend and implement best practices for code reuse, better scalability, performance and availability
