    Business Systems Support Specialist
    Location: Katowice


    You will be part of the Operations team who support the business processes and systems used by Customer Care to deliver excellent customer service and support.

    You will help to manages and maintain both the business systems configuration and/or data content to support business processes and operations. You will have responsibility for optimizing system performance and process. You will have ownership of business systems configuration and content quality and accuracy required to ensure optimum tool utilization for internal teams supporting the customer experience.

    You will work in close cooperation with IT and other business groups to use your inquisitive nature, problem solving skills and interest in technology to identify solutions to business problems which impact the customer experience and internal productivity.


    Managing business systems configuration and maintaining content quality, accuracy and access for

    SAP (DOA tables, Control Reports)


    • Management and maintenance of queues, skilling, settings etc. for CISCO
    • Management and maintenance of data for quality call recording

    Sales Order Automation

    • Maintains content for SOA which includes business rules, key words, queues
    • Supports process by being an expert in the use of the teaching functionality to improve mapping
    • Identifies, develops and maintains business reports available within the SOA tool


    • Maintains content for the Omni-Channel solution which includes business rules, queues, templates and content for the Knowledgebase supporting (Telephony, Email, Chat, Portals, Social Media, e-commerce)

    Audit Activity

    • Support all Audit requirement for the business which include ISO9001 and internal audits
    • Maintains all documentation required to support audits
    • Ensures business compliance through management of control reports and supporting activities


    • Responsible for maintaining SharePoint sites for the Customer Care teams
    • Supports process by being an expert in the use of SharePoint, setting up workflows etc.
    • Creates, manages and maintains smart forms to support the business

    Participating in – and eventually lead – local, regional and global projects related to system and process changes and roll-outs

    Cooperate with various teams to develop and implement harmonized and improved global business processes.



    Skills & Experience

    • BS/BA in engineering, science or business administration field or have suitable experience.
    • Local language skills, plus good command of English both verbal and written.
    • Work experience in Customer Care and/or IT department is a benefit.
    • Knowledge and practical experience of technology including ERP systems, especially SAP, customer interaction and collaboration tools is a major benefit. General knowledge of MS Office applications.


    • Capabilities for – and interest in - learning-by-doing with support from colleagues.
    • Ability to multi-task and work on several activities at the same time.
    • Ability to plan tasks, setting own priorities and complete smaller tasks and larger projects according to deadlines.
    • As experience and seniority grows we expect ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on urgency, workload and complexity.
    • Clear and effective business communication skills, both in written and spoken English.
    • Ability to think and work both as part of a team and independently.
    • Analytical way of thinking; interest in technology and management of data.
