For our Client, an international manufacturing Capital Group, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled finance professional with strong understanding of manufacturing industry. Our Client will consider finance individual (from any location in Poland) ready to relocate to Germany, close to Magdeburg. The company offers permanent or interim position (at least 2-year contract).

Your responsibilities

  • Leading dedicated streams of Capital Group business transformation initiatives/projects

  • Defining the main and sub-objectives of initiatives and their end-to-end concepts;

  • Overseeing the implementation of end-to-end initiatives;

  • Contacting with and close cooperation with all project stakeholders (project managers, business owners, workstream leaders, external advisors or contractors);

  • Developing detailed project phases, milestones and schedules;

  • Data collection or analysis;

  • Preparing or reviewing business cases;

  • Defining KPIs (establishing key indicators and parameters for project supervision);

  • Preparation of market analyses;

  • Risk analysis of initiatives - assessment of the deviation sensitivity from the baseline scenario;

  • Direct negotiations with partners and parties involved in projects;

  • Participation in the initiative management tool selection and operation;

  • Preparation of presentations for Steering Committees;

  • Conducting and summarizing statutory meetings with an action plan, delegating tasks, assigning and enforcing responsibilities.

Employer requirements

  • Higher education - degree in Economics, Finance, Project Management or related;

  • Several years of professional experience in the following areas: consulting, M&A, venture capital fund or strategic consulting;

  • Experience in working on transformation, strategy, optimization, business reorganization projects;

  • Experience as a project manager with engineering background will be an asset;

  • Ability to prepare financial analyses, business cases and experience in creating financial models;

  • Strong analytical and negotiating skills;

  • End-to-end thinking;

  • Strong execution skills;

  • Very good command of MS Office, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel;

  • Fluent English (at a minimum B2 level);

  • Fluent German (at a minimum C1 level).

  • Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry;

  • Practical knowledge of project methodology.
