Your responsibilities

  • Act as connection between BSH travel partners and employee for travel booking issues

  • Administration over Concur Travel (Online Booking Tool)

  • Develop and deliver knowledge and support to BSH employees to ensure efficient and compliant business travel bookings

  • Research and respond to phone and email inquiries about travel booking issues

  • Supporting organization of travel arrangements and provide traveling assistance to employees

Our requirements

  • Business Travel Agency / Travel Management Company knowledge preferred

  • Ability to read, write and speak English

  • Team player willing to support travel and expense area

  • Prior experience with Concur Travel OBT administration preferred

  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests

  • Deep understanding of booking process, travel industry and Online Booking Tools
