    Business Travel Consultant with German
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Your responsibilities:


    • Business travel bookings management (bookings and cancellations, payment and reductions settlements)
    • Maintenance and update of database concerning travel costs and data of travelling employees
    • Maintenance of WECO Travel Tool (bookings coordination, management of user profiles, organization of trainings)
    • Credit card statement, incoming invoices control
    • Travel policy explanations and control of implementation
    • On-going contact with HR and accounting departments to control travel expenses (including salary deduction)
    • Contact with suppliers and controlling contracts



    • Excellent command of English and German (B2)
    • very good communication skills
