Your responsibilities

  • Resolve queries and escalations on a timely basis utilizing an omnichannel technology solution (phone, email, chat, etc.)

  • Monitor customer inquiry and exception workflows regularly to ensure resolution within the defined SLA and KPI

  • Ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately and timely documented in the business operation system for full transparency

  • Work closely with a supplier management team, client accounting teams, service providers, customer experience and operations teams in multiple locations across the world to ensure quality and timely services are being delivered to customers

  • Engage and adopt new technology enhancements and features, sharing these updates and promoting them internally and with customers to encourage high usage of tools and self-service support

  • Cognizant of customer trends; articulate and share these to leadership to enable the continual development of technology, products and services in support of the customer experience vision

  • Contribute to the knowledge base for the betterment of overall operations and recommend process improvements changes based on business objectives

Employer requirements

  • Professional experience in the area of Customer Service / Contact Centre / Call Centre / Global Mobility (International Mobility / HR Mobility / Relocation services) in an international environment

  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)

  • Fluent knowledge of one of the indicated languages would be an asset: Russian, Japanese, Italian, French, Spanish

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational and relationship building skills

  • Knowledge of Zendesk or another ticketing system would be an asset

  • Availability to work in two shifts rotated 2 weeks by 2 weeks (8 am - 4 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm) + 1 weekend per month or quarter
