Opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join Honeywell Building Technologies in Katowice Shared Services HUB during this exciting time of expansion for our business. As a Leader of the HBT Customer Support in Katowice, you will be responsible for overall Customer Service Operations, managing teams and implementing continuous improvements. You will report to the HBT Europe Customer Service leader.

 

The Role / Core responsibilities:

Operational Management for Customer Service:

  • Katowice Customer Service Operations, maintain the expected KPI results   
  • Customer Service focal point in Katowice across Businesses and Functions
  • Partnership with Global Business Customer Experience Leaders and other regional leaders to ensure smooth and standard operations in the hub
  • Define and ensure the right capacity and utilization for Customer Service teams
  • Cooperation with Functional Excellence and Learning department to determine the right resources on training, development, analytics and process execution
  • Relationship with Customer Experience teams in other Honeywell’s divisions to facilitate effective knowledge sharing
People Engagement:
  • Mentor, motivate staff and create a culture of people engagement and joy at work
  • Responsibility for hub’s performance and the plan to keep attrition under control
  • Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to implement and rollout Gamification and other actions for people engagement
  • Create strong succession and development plan
  • Support regular and effective communication within the hub
Operational Excellence:
  • Cooperation with Honeywell Customer Experience team on the Global Initiatives to improve processes (Perfect Order, GDM) 
  • Implement and maintain Honeywell Operating System across the HUB
  • Collaboration with IT and Functional Excellence to Identify areas for RPA and Automation, then implement and measure success rate

We’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • At least 5+ years of senior customer support experience
  • At least 5+ years of Experience leading a large disbursed team at a senior level 
  • Transition knowledge
