    Job Description:


    This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and high growth company offering excellent path of career development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of business development managers as well as managing relationships with key customers, prospects, candidates and consultants in the region.

    He/she must be able to demonstrate a highly successful track record of leading / managing small / medium sales teams in IT/Engineering/Consulting company. Previous experience in business development is required. We expect strong communication and leadership skills with strong, professional matured personality with high performing working standards.

     

    Main tasks:

    • Provide leadership to the team through mentoring and coaching
    • Motivate team members to achieve excellent results and meet KPIs
    • Define business plan & development strategy
    • Perform motivation actions and coach/verify the quality of performance
    • Forecast business development activities for prospects and existing customers
    • Establish, develop and maintain relationship with prospects and customers
    • Contribute to consultants selection process
    • Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants development
    • Manage profitability

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in management and 6 years in sales within IT/Engineering/Consulting
    • Good understanding of outsourcing business model
    • Ambitious, consistent with very good communication skills
    • Highly motivated and result oriented
    • Natural born leader
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Demonstrated negotiation talent
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Result-focused
    • Ambitious
    • Good English communication skills, both written and oral
