take fully responsibility for following and securing the Ingka Procurement purchase process end-to-end and secure compliance of IWAY, Code of Conduct & business ethics for IKEA Construction and Rebuild Projects.
be responsible to carry out construction procurement activities.
be building long term supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance and by involving relevant business partners to identify business needs and opportunities.
be responsible for supplier performance by professionally challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance and lead Supplier Development Process (SDP) when applicable.
execute sourcing projects according to the Source-to-Pay process and SAP Ariba, ensuring a strategic and professional approach to sourcing, using excellent negotiation skills to optimize and drive out costs and consider the end user for effective call off options as well as optimal invoicing channel
continuously monitor the supplier market and give input to business owners on sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contribute to the development of the Category Plans.

Construction background and experience.
Construction market awareness and knowledge.
Knowledge of the Supplier's market.
Experience in supplier development.
Good construction legal knowledge.
Leadership skills for managing the assigned tasks and coordinate the flow of information from different Stakeholders.
Strong knowledge in sourcing and procurement practices and related processes
Good knowledge of project management methods & processes
Good knowledge of cost drivers and the value chain of Category and industry
Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken.

About the job:
You will be part of IKEA Procurement team in Poland and report to the Sourcing Leader.
This is a full-time assignment, and the position is placed at IKEA Service Office in Janki.
